I had a delivery that I have been waiting for all week. It was a massive order with over 20 things. I spoke to Fastway yesterday they said it would be delivered today. So we have stayed home all day waiting for the delivery. We spoke them again this morning and they said they had made a stuff up. and it will def be delivered by 5pm today. We spoke to them at 4 and they informed us that it wont be delivered today and will be here tomorrow.  As this is unacceptable we called you guys directly and asked for assistance, whether it be that you got another courier service to pick it up and bring it to us as we have been at home waiting and wont be home tmrw or to speak to Fastway.
None of the above was done. Instead your response was that you have had a lot of complaints about Fastway and there's nothing you can do. After a few more minutes you guys said that you will speak to Fastway and call us back.... no return phone call was received. This is unacceptable, we have had so many deliveries within a few days by other companies like oo.com.au and we have been waiting for you guys for 3 weeks. Now we have to return all the products AND go out and buy new presents 2 days before Xmas day. 
Will be letting everyone know. Which is a shame since we have been recommending you guys to all our friends. We will obviously not be doing this anymore.
