So we decided to do a blog for Q2 and keep all our students/parents and everyone else updated on everything thats happening, everything fun, funny and things not so important as well, like my doggie and Q2 mascot Benson! Q2 has a very exciting line up of workshops for the Summer holidays.
We will be dedicating each day to a Performing Arts Discipline:
- Drama (Monday)
- Singing and Music (Tuesday)
- Dance (Wednesday and Thursday)
- Performance (Friday)
DRAMA:
Movement and Voice, character development, script writing and scene work.
MUSIC/SINGING
Reading and Writing music,
singing techniques and exercises, repertoire work.
DANCE:
Hip Hop, Break Dancing, Popping Acrobatics, Contemporary, Musical Theatre, Tap, Jazz.
PERFORMANCE:
Staging, choreography, working in a group and performance showcase for the parents.
All Styles taught by industry professionals.
